We serve qualifying addresses in Round Rock, Hutto, and Pflugerville. Selected Georgetown and Cedar Park addresses may be accepted after route review, with a $35 per-visit extended-area fee.

Residential diagnosis costs $99 for the first system and $59 for each additional system at the same property. Repairs are quoted separately. One $99 diagnostic credit applies toward an approved repair of $350 or more on the same system within seven days. Applicable tax and disclosed travel fees may apply.

Some repairs can be completed during the diagnostic visit, with your approval and the necessary parts and time. Other repairs require a return visit.

Contact us as soon as possible to change your appointment. Routine cancellations have no appointment fee when made at least 24 hours before the arrival window. Later cancellations may incur a disclosed fee of up to $49 only if the technician has already been dispatched. Installation and special-order cancellations have separate terms.

Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time. Field visits normally run between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Call us to check availability for a Saturday visit.

Yes. Our Home Comfort membership costs $299 per year for the first system and $199 per year for each additional system at the same property. It includes two planned maintenance visits per covered system. Repairs and parts are quoted separately.
